Join our team as a Part-Time Store Merchandising Specialist where you'll play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You'll execute effective sales floor merchandising, manage pricing, and provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement store merchandising standards by following visual guidelines to ensure timely and accurate product presentation.
- Reorganize and restock the sales floor as needed based on customer demand and seasonal trends, always with the customer experience in mind.
- Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Accurately execute pricing tasks, including price changes and ticketing, in a timely manner.
- Minimize loss by adhering to product protection standards.
- Collaborate with team members on merchandising incoming products.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.No prior retail experience required, making this a great opportunity for newcomers.Must be at least 16 years old.Flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Skills :
Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.Essential Abilities :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance.Capability to climb, squat, kneel, and perform other movements regularly.Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your scheduled shift.Visual ability to verify information and locate products.Compliance with health and safety regulations.Pay Range : $15.00 - $21.65
