We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to provide legal support and strategic guidance across multiple business functions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and procurement, and focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. What You Will Get To Do:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including client and vendor contracts, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise on applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and assess potential legal risks.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, operations, finance, and procurement.

What You Will Bring:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of legal practice experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house roles.
• 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements, including privacy-related matters.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance; financial services experience is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
• Proficient with legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work onsite at least six days per month.

Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $148,000 USD to $202,000 USD.

The expected base salary for the position in IL is between $148,000 USD to $202,000 USD.

In addition to their salary, successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus and stock options.
