This is an onsite opportunity based in Mansfield, MA / Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL; only W2 or 1099 candidates will be considered.

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to lead enterprise data initiatives and drive MDM strategy, governance, and delivery across teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end MDM programs including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Partner with business and IT teams to define MDM roadmap and governance
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee MDM implementations, integrations, and data quality initiatives

Requirements :

  • 10+ years in program / project management
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with MDM / Data Governance
  • Experience with tools like Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo, IBM
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills
