Key Responsibilities :

• Contact customers regarding delinquent loan payments via telephone and written correspondence
• Process delinquent loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Record all collection activities in the Bank's computer system to ensure proper tracking and reporting
• Handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
• Adhere to Secondary Market guidelines and collection compliance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
