The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Legends Bar & Grill and Country Inn & Suites supports the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet departments to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth execution, and adherence to company standards. This position assists in supervising staff, monitoring service quality, managing daily shift activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Food & Beverage Supervisor works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to uphold operational, financial, and safety standards while fostering a positive and professional work culture.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary hospitality coursework preferred.
1–3 years of food & beverage or hospitality supervisory experience required.
Essential Functions
Supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
Assist in training, scheduling, and coaching staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Support in handling guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee setup, cleanliness, and organization of dining areas, service stations, and storage.
Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support inventory control by assisting with ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies.
Communicate shift details, special events, and updates with team members and management.
Monitor labor and supply usage to help maintain operations within budget guidelines.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold professional conduct standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or General Manager.
Physical Demands Analysis
The Food & Beverage Supervisor primarily works indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. This position requires continuous standing and walking and frequent bending, lifting, and reaching. Hazards include exposure to hot surfaces, sharp utensils, cleaning chemicals, and potential slips or falls. Proper non-slip footwear and adherence to all safety policies are required.
Total Rewards
This full-time, non-exempt position offers an estimated compensation range of $17-20 per hour, commensurate with experience. Schedule flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
