Job Summary
We are seeking a corporate associate with 3–5 years of experience handling a range of transactional matters. Ideal candidates will have experience advising emerging companies, managing M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating key deal documents, and handling corporate governance and compliance matters. Experience acting as lead associate on deals and managing transactions from inception to close is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area. Associates are eligible to participate in the associate bonus program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
