Job Summary

The Cake Artist is responsible for designing, creating, and decorating custom cakes, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing products that meet customer expectations. This role involves using artistic skills to craft cakes for various occasions, while maintaining food safety standards and providing exceptional customer service. Cake Artists promote Mackenthun’s Exceptional Experience by greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in selecting and designing decorated bakery products that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Cake Design & Decoration :

• Create and decorate custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and other memorable occasions, ensuring high-quality designs and finishes.
• Work with customers to understand their vision and provide design suggestions based on customer preferences and event themes.
• Use a variety of techniques such as fondant, buttercream, piping, and edible decorations to achieve the desired look.
• Ensure all cakes meet company standards for taste, texture, and aesthetic appeal.
