Role Description :

This is a full-time, hourly on-site role for a Storage Specialist - Self Storage at Great American Storage located in Kahului, HI. The Storage Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including property management, customer service, lease administration, and administrative assistance. The Property Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the storage facilities. Key duties :

• Renting self-storage units and other related products;
• Converting telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals;
• Account collection calls, post of payments, and prepare daily bank deposits accurately
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally;
• Resolves customer issues in a timely and effective manner;
• Ensures that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met;
• Inspect the property, including door checks;
• Showing customers our self-storage units;
• Perform other duties as assigned;
• Open work availability including weekends and some holidays;
• Ensure spaces are clean and ready to rent
• Be able to walk in / around the facility, climb stairs and open large doors
• Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, maintaining exterior grounds, keeping curb appeal clean and free of debris;
