Responsibilities Work in a large hospital Operating Room with 41 OR suites Level 1 Trauma Center environment Patient ratio is 1 : 1 in the OR Perform cases in General, GU / GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics specialties Day shifts (3x12 hours, 6 : 45-19 : 15), required to work all days of the week based on unit needs Occasional float to 08 : 45 and 10 : 45 start times Weekend shifts required as needed by the unit On-call required, approximately 6 shifts per 8-week schedule period Utilizes Epic EMR; previous Epic experience required RTO limited to 10 days and not permitted during specified blackout dates Must be able to cover weekend and on-call shifts as needed Typical patient caseload includes General, GU / GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastic surgery cases Dress code and scrub requirements will be specified by the unit Local candidates are accepted Requirements Active CO or compact RN license required American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required Minimum 3 years recent Operating Room RN experience required Previous Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience in the OR required Epic EMR experience required First-time travelers will not be considered Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621372.
