As our Social Marketing Manager and Content Producer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping that story visually and emotionally. You will actively help create premium storytelling that elevates the brands digital voice and connects deeply with brides around the world.
The Role
We are searching for a Social Media Content Producer who can capture and craft the world of Hayley Paige bridal through the lens of luxury storytelling. This is a hands-on, camera-in-hand creative position for someone with refined taste, strong technical skills, and the ability to turn fashion moments into emotional stories that feel cinematic, not commercial.
This person will also need the expertise and organizational skills to act as a Social Marketing Manager : supporting all marketing initiatives for the brand by managing scheduled posting, coordinating content calendars, producing branded assets for retailers, directing the use of ad campaign content, and facilitating strategic collaborations to support audience growth and engagement.
With the vision of Hayley Paige in focus, you will be the creative force behind strategizing, producing, and executing highly engaging content and campaign storylines for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

This role is ideal for someone whose work has driven real traction across platforms, whether for their own brand or others, and who lives and breathes storytelling, trends, and optimization. Your work will ensure our brand blends aesthetic intuition, brand storytelling, and data-driven strategy to build community, engagement, and brand loyalty.
This person will work closely with Hayley Paige from our West Palm Beach studio and also travel occasionally to collaborate directly with Hayley during designer appearances, bridal markets, or other special activations. Theyll make intentional use of the Hayley Paige studio to capture fresh, high-quality content, and will also creatively repurpose existing assets to extend the brands visual storytelling library.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning - Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns, collection launches, and cultural moments while translating Hayley Paiges creative direction into platform-specific storytelling strategies that ensure cross-channel cohesion and timely execution.
- Content Creation & Production - Lead the full creative production process, from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing to deliver visually compelling, story-driven content that reflects Hayleys artistic vision and maintains brand consistency across all platforms.
- Trendspotting & Creative Innovation - Continuously identify emerging trends, formats, and storytelling styles across bridal, fashion, and lifestyle spaces, proactively integrating them into the brands content to inspire connection, shareability, and ongoing creative evolution.
- Campaign Execution & Management - Oversee social campaign timelines and deliverables from ideation through launch, coordinating with other team members to ensure on-brand, on-time, and data-informed execution that drives measurable engagement and reach.
- Community Building & Brand Presence With the help of Hayleys community management assistant, you will cultivate an engaged, loyal community by authentically representing Hayleys voice across all social channels, fostering meaningful interactions with brides, creators, and fans, and monitoring sentiment to inform future storytelling opportunities.
Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience creating content for a luxury, bridal, or fashion brandStrong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling and polished editingExperience filming both in-studio and on-location (runway, events, BTS environments)Familiarity with social ad creative and cross-platform asset designUnderstanding of digital advertising methods and strategies, and the ability to execute organically.Who You Are
Creative & Proactive Exceptional storytelling and editing ability, with a background in fashion videography or digital production for a luxury brand.A Hands-On Creative You film, edit, and color-grade your own content you dont just ideate, you execute. Confidence in editing everything from reels to TikToks to YouTube shorts.Social Media Engagement Driven Deep understanding of social algorithms, engagement drivers, and creative trends.A Natural Storyteller Elevated eye for fashion, design, and emotional brand storytelling, with the ability to build cinematic short-form narratives that feel editorial, emotional, and true to the Hayley Paige world.Detail-Oriented & Organized Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple projects and timelines.Collaborative & Self-Motivated Thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment with a small, passionate team. Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining proactive leadership.Tech-Savvy Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
