The role summary for the Online Order Filling Team Supervisor is to fill and dispense online orders. Associates locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

In this position, you will enjoy shopping and filling online orders. You will have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose the right products. This role is fast paced and involves spending time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. You will also dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you will have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in-store customers.
