Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : Active MD or Compact License

Certifications : CPI, BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), NRP or AAP only

Must-Have : 24 hours of orientation; compliance documents submitted 5 days prior to start.

Job Description :

• Work in an Interventional Radiology unit with a requirement for ICU experience.
• Shifts consist of a combination of 8, 10, and 12 hours totaling 40 hours per week.
• On-call duty approximately 3-4 times per 6-week schedule, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• CPI certification required for most units, The Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online option.
• Travelers are required to undergo lab tests within 72 hours of contract signing.
• Request for time off (RTO) must be included initially and cannot be changed once submitted.
• Candidates must live over 50 miles from the hospital and should be comfortable floating to various units as required.
• Local candidates under 50 miles are not eligible.
• Two satisfactory professional references are required from recent employers.
• Extensions are generally limited to one contract and one extension before a six-month break is required. Rare exceptions may apply.
• Modules are non-billable and factored into non-billable orientation hours.

Note : Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions; COVID-19 vaccine is not required. Scheduling restrictions, including block schedules, cannot be requested but may be accommodated if approved.
