To support our growth, we are looking for a customer service advocate to join our team in Shakopee, MN. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers' interactions with Daniels Health are seamless - from communicating to scheduling, issue resolution and fact-finding; you will do it all! What You Will Do :

• Communicate with clinical and support contacts via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage scheduling and stock updates.
• Handle customer complaints and requests in Salesforce with accurate documentation and timely escalation.
• Maintain and update inventory, filing, and database systems using both manual and digital processes.
• Collaborate with production and transport teams to ensure efficient deliveries, including creating manifests and distributing process documents.
• Monitor stock inventory and generate waste transfer documentation for facility transport.
• Support truck routing and rerouting, and coordinate account changes across billing, sales, and logistics departments.
• Produce reports for leadership and continuously seek improvements to administrative workflows.
