Quality Engineering Manager

RL Enterprise is seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of a global industrial manufacturing leader. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and is passionate about driving quality excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation and oversight of the site’s Quality Management System.
• Investigate product quality issues (supplier, factory, or field failures) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage internal audits, calibration systems, and quality-related databases (scrap, deviation, CAPA).
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through 5S audits, cross-functional teams, and Material Review Board participation.
• Support operator training and cross-training in quality processes and inspection methods.
• Partner with leadership to set and achieve measurable site quality goals.
• Ensure controlled documents, procedures, and records are maintained in compliance with standards.
