Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Proposal Writer to support our Business Development Team. As a Proposal Writer, you will be asked to develop and write a variety of end-user product documentation including, proposals, white papers, and process guides. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Write all sections of a proposal, which may include both technical and non-technical topics.
• Conduct research using multiple sources (e.g., open-source research, SME meetings, solutioning sessions, data calls, etc.).
• Gather pertinent information through interviews with subject matter experts across a wide range of defense domains and formulate the information into technical responses.
• Participate in all color team reviews of a proposal and its components, and then make edits to the proposal based on feedback provided from team members and SMEs.
• Collaborate with our solutions experts to define a winning strategy, and then translate that information and your research into a proposal that meets all Government requirements in the RFP.
• Engage in capture and planning activities in order to ensure that the team is prepared when an RFP becomes available.
• Take ownership of a proposal, ensuring that we are delivering high quality products to our Government clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
