Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the overall guest experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintaining inventory and managing food and beverage costs to maximize profit.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
