The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide a wide variety of general office support and receptionist duties such as answering telephones, providing information, documenting calls; performing data entry, receiving inquiries and responding, assisting internal and external contacts; resolving problems or referring inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule : Hours of this position are from 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Due to the nature of the role, this position is required to be in office.
Compensation : Hiring Range : $21.64 - $25.97 USD Hourly. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.
