The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your practice within a respected, well-established salon and MedSpa with ongoing training, career growth, and a solid client base ready to book. Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Client Care : Perform detailed consultations with clients, assess their needs, and develop customized massage treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
• Massage Techniques : Provide expert therapeutic and relaxation massage, utilizing various techniques to address medical conditions, injuries, and overall wellness.
• Collaboration : Work with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians) to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Client Education : Recommend self-care and wellness strategies to clients, including home care products and practices that complement their treatments.
• Professional Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed records of each client's treatment history, preferences, and progress.
• Team Participation : Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and company protocols.
• Hygiene & Presentation : Ensure the treatment area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized, while maintaining a professional, well-groomed appearance.
