They specialize in educating these patients about proven alternative mental health treatments / psychedelic-assisted treatments, while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.Essential Functions and Responsibilities :  The role will include administering psychiatric intake assessments, utilizing screening instruments (online), developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic support throughout a clients course of treatment. Arizona State licensed Therapist

Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.

Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people. Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence, intuitive sensitivity, empathic while maintaining supportive structure, nuanced self-discovery, warmth, respect / appreciate different life trajectories.

Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth.

Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.

Deep compassion and empathy for others

Knowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential information

A willingness to learn and a growth mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
