24-7 Restoration is growing! We are a locally owned emergency disaster response company looking for Lead Restoration Technicians to join our team. Our company provides services up and down the front range to a wide variety of residential and commercial clients. Job Summary :

Lead Technicians are responsible for leading restoration crew members on water, sewage, fire / smoke, and mold projects. Job responsibilities include : making contact with the customer, setting up / monitoring / takedown of equipment, demolition, cleaning up job site, warehouse organization, and company vehicle maintenance.

Requirements :

• Ability to lead by example and set the tone
• Current IICRC certification is preferred
• 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Hardworking, reliable, organized
• Ability to work extended / on-call hours
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Valid CO Drivers License
• Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
