Are you an experienced Project Management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment? Caselle, a leading provider of local government software solutions, is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead software implementations for municipal clients across the country. Headquartered in Provo, Utah, we offer a flexible hybrid work model and welcome applicants from any U.S. location.

In this key role, you'll own the end-to-end Project Management process-driving the successful implementation of software that powers government and empowers communities. You'll lead multiple ERP projects, balancing scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations to ensure software implementations meet our high standards. From creating project plans and leading status meetings to managing resources and tracking KPIs, you'll be the steady hand that ensures each project is a success from kickoff to go-live.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams, applying Project Management best practices to coordinate efforts across system consultants, developers, and support staff. Using our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, you'll monitor real-time data, track milestones, and ensure your projects stay on course and under budget. As part of your daily work, you'll drive change management strategies, optimize delivery workflows, and continually look for process improvements that enhance the implementation process for our clients.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in ERP Project Management and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional results. Your organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives will help align client success with Caselle's revenue and growth goals.
