The Opportunity :

Due to our continued growth and success, Houston Hurricane & Security Products is excited to introduce a brand-new position : Builder Representative . We’re looking for a driven and personable professional with a strong background in residential or commercial construction to serve as a key liaison between our company and builders, contractors, and developers. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our footprint in the Houston market and delivering unmatched value to our partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with homebuilders, general contractors, and developers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for builder clients, ensuring their needs are met from project inception to completion.
  • Promote our hurricane protection and security product lines to prospective and existing builder partners.
  • Identify new builder accounts and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Attend industry events, builder meetings, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in builder relations, construction sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the homebuilding process and construction timelines.
  • Established network of builder contacts in the Houston area is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with hurricane protection systems, building materials, or security products is a plus.
