Lead Software Developer

Our client in Plano, TX, is in search of an on-site Lead Software Developer for a 1-year contract (possible conversion to FT) opportunity to design, build, and maintain applications that support business units across the organization. You'll write high-quality code, lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and help shape scalable, modern software solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role-no direct reports, but you'll guide code reviews, architecture decisions, and delivery of high-impact software.

COMP : Up to $95 / HR depending on candidate experience, etc.
