Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to develop and grow HVAC division
• Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Implement project management standards and procedures (SOPs)
• Full profit and loss responsibility
• Grow and manage team of project managers, sales engineers and tradesman

Base salary $175,000-230,000 / year depending on experience
