Position Overview :

• Role : Permanent Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician
• Start Date : Mid-2025
• Location : Near Germantown, NY, serving a surrounding network of facilities
• Schedule :

Inpatient & Outpatient Balance :

1 week per month in ICU

Night call 2-3 times per month, with one weekend shift
