Tools

Physical demands
You can frequently lift and carry up to 45 pounds and maintain close vision. Expect regular sitting, hand use, and talking / hearing; frequent standing and walking; reaching; and stooping / crouching, bending, or twisting. At times, you’ll push, pull, or move materials and work in awkward positions, including under equipment or near operating machinery.
