Aesthetic Nurse Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with prior aesthetic experience to join our aesthetics team at Smart Medicine SF. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with  injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers)  and other cosmetic treatments, along with a passion for patient-centered care. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer cosmetic injectables and treatments, provide education on pre / post-care, and support overall clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and treatment planning in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Administer injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) and other aesthetic procedures
• Provide patient education and ensure informed consent is obtained
• Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols
• Document all patient care in compliance with HIPAA and medical board standards
• Assist in cross-functional clinic operations as needed

Qualifications

Current California RN license (required)

Previous aesthetics experience preferred (injectables, lasers, or dermatology)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality of care

Willingness to learn and train on advanced procedures

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : $50–$65 / hour, based on experience. Final rate to be discussed during the interview.

Expected hours : 15 – 30 per week
