Oregon Licensed Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Delegate Operations Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual subcontractor performance review process for assigned delegated entities

Develop and update audit tools, and conduct audits of delegated entity operations

Prepare and submit performance and audit reports to the compliance team and government programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

Three years of directly related experience in a managed care or health insurance setting required

Leadership experience required

Experience in management principles, policies, and regulations related to assigned programs required

Experience and / or training in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, required
