Full-Time | $18–$22 / hour | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team — ensuring quality care, seamless patient experiences, and a smooth daily workflow. As a Medical Assistant at Florida Spine Care, you'll play a key role in both clinical and administrative support functions. From preparing patients and treatment rooms to updating medical records and assisting with procedures, you'll help create a calm, efficient, and caring environment for every patient we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Patient Care & Clinical Support
• Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for medical procedures
• Assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures
• Administer medications under physician supervision
• Support patients with compassionate, respectful care before and after procedures
• Assist with the transfer of patients as needed
• Administrative & Operational Duties
• Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and manage phone calls
• Collect and verify necessary patient information and consent forms
• Maintain and update accurate medical records in compliance with confidentiality regulations
• Clean instruments and manage exam room inventory
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal protocols
• Complete annual mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned
