RESPONSIBLITIES :

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
  • Provide mobility support and safe transfers
  • Take and record vital sign as needed
  • Medication management
  • Home helper
  • Support clients with companionship and emotional care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
  • Assist client to and from medical appointments

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Active CNA license in California (required)
  • Current TB test and CPR certification
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Experience in elder care or home health preferred
  • Work Monday - Thursday and one weekend and occasional one whole weekend a month

    • PAY & BENEFITS

  • $22-$26 per hour (DOE, shift differential for nights / weekends)
  • Full - time
  • Mileage reimbursement (for home care assignments)
  • Supportive agency staff available 24 / 7
