Position Overview

We're seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team serving assisted living facilities in Shelton and Bremerton, WA .

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population and values flexibility, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.

You'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to help residents improve strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Treat residents with varying levels of clinical complexity

Perform and train safe transfers and mobility re-training

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation per company and facility standards

Qualifications

Current Washington PTA license in good standing

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about working with older adults

1 year of SNF or assisted living experience preferred , but not required
