Freight Hero is an AI startup backed by Andrew Ng's AI Fund and Dynamo Ventures that is bringing an innovative business model to the freight brokerage industry. As one of the key segments of the US supply chain that is mired with manual, automatable processes, freight brokerage is a prime industry for AI deployment. Our founder is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Founder's Associate to join Freight Hero as one of its first hires. In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the founder to own critical projects such as financial projections, sales enablement, marketing strategy, as well as support business operations and lead strategic initiatives across finance, marketing, sales, and internal systems. You'll gain hands-on experience in all facets of building a tech-driven company from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to break into the venture capital or startup ecosystem, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Own and build detailed financial models and projections.
• Monitor and report on budget performance, including actual vs. forecast.
• Prepare investor-ready financial updates and internal dashboards.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns.
• Use CRM and outreach tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Support messaging, positioning, and sales pipeline development.
• Coordinate and execute strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Support operational planning, tooling, and process improvements.
• Identify and implement AI tools to streamline internal workflows.
