Tax Associate

Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm who is looking for a Tax Associate to join their growing team in New York City.

Prepare and review federal and state partnership tax returns

Assist on preparing federal and state tax projections

Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency

Support ad hoc tax-related projects as needed

A successful Tax Associate should have :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Tax, or related field
• CPA preferred
• At least 2 years of partnership tax experience, preferably within the real estate industry
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
