Opportunity

Work within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting and collaborate with other primary care physicians, APPs, mental health specialists, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, women’s health clinicians, pediatricians, podiatrists, senior care, clinical, and administrative support staff

• This role will be seeing adult and geriatric patient load

Seeking someone who thrives on innovation, compassion, and creating positive change for underserved populations

Have autonomy and flexibility within your schedule, with an outpatient-only schedule and a great work / life balance

Must be Board-Eligible / Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine Medicine (MD / DO) - open to Geriatricians as well
