We are seeking experienced Bankruptcy & Restructuring Attorneys to join leading practices handling complex corporate bankruptcies, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and high-stakes insolvency matters. These positions offer exposure to high-profile cases, strong mentorship, and clear paths for advancement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 proceedings
• Advise on corporate restructuring, distressed M&A, and creditor / debtor rights
• Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements and related documentation
• Handle litigation related to bankruptcy and insolvency matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex financial transactions
