As a patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will engage with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report irregularities.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as required.

Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
