• The Lead Esthetician serves as both a hands-on skincare expert and a motivating leader within the Restore team.
• You’ll oversee day-to-day esthetics operations, support team development, and ensure each treatment is performed safely, consistently, and with exceptional client care.
• This is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, education-forward environment.
• You’ll combine your deep knowledge of skincare, confidence in results-driven treatments, and genuine passion for health and wellness and for helping people feel great in their skin.
• As a Lead Esthetician, you’ll combine your passion for health and wellness with a consultative, educational approach to client engagement.
• You’ll take time to understand each member’s unique goals, explain the value of Restore’s services, and confidently recommend the right combination of modalities to achieve results.
• Although sales are a key part of success in this role, we define selling as serving — helping clients understand their skin health needs and guiding them toward the right services and products to achieve visible, lasting results.
