Full-Time:

We’re Looking for Trainers With Specializations In:

• Experience Training Female Clients: Many of our clients specifically request female trainers to meet their fitness goals and feel most comfortable working with trainers who can understand their unique needs.

Pre/Postnatal Fitness:

• Empower mothers in the comfort of their own homes, booking gym or private facility, guiding them through pregnancy and postpartum recovery with specialized workouts.

Women's Fitness Specialization:

• Address the unique fitness needs of women across different life stages with personalized training programs.

Experience Training Female Clients:

• Utilize your experience to craft custom workouts that meet the diverse health and fitness goals of women.

Osteopenia and Osteoporosis Management:

• Provide safe, effective in-home exercise regimens for clients dealing with bone health concerns.

Pilates Mat:

• Lead Pilates mat sessions that enhance core strength and flexibility, all from the comfort of the client’s home.

Professional Qualifications:

• College degree in an exercise-related field or certification from a licensed vocational program specializing in personal training.
• Nationally accredited certifications (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACE) and a commitment to continued education.
• Practical experience with the ability to safely demonstrate and spot exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
