Job descriptionMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule No weekend or on-call responsibilities Dedicated time for clinic, home visits, and outreach initiatives Flexible structure supporting both clinical care and strategic program development Structured base pay with strong potential for performance-based growth 403(b) retirement plan with employer match 5 weeks of PTO, plus holidays and self-care days Full benefits package, virtual care access, CME allowance, and up to $5,00 / year tuition reimbursement At least 4-5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required Must have a strong background in palliative care Comfortable with community outreach, public speaking, and program development Hospice experience is a plus, but not required Located in coastal North Carolina with easy access to beaches and outdoor recreation Family-friendly community with affordable housing and good public schools Close to regional airports for convenient travel Growing region with strong healthcare and community support networks Embark on exciting adventures and explore new destinations while fulfilling your professional obligations, combining work with leisure and discovery.
