Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in creating high-quality and scalable solutions

3+ years of experience managing engineering teams

Technical leadership experience in Generative AI initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience

Experience with Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
