Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Access Control in WINCHESTER, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a major retail distribution location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. You will use your communication skills and attention to detail to support a secure environment. This position requires driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
