Director Of It Business Systems
Under the direction of the CIO, the Director of IT Business Systems will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end intake, evaluation, and formalization of new technology initiatives, including software requests, solution proposals, IT evaluation of licensing agreements, and software-related contracts. This position will serve as the critical liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technology investments are aligned with budgets, compliance standards, license availability and resource capacity. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a blend of technical acumen, business strategy, vendor management, and operational execution.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in IT systems, business analysis, or IT portfolio management, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record managing software portfolios, contracts, and solution intake / governance processes in mid-to-large enterprises.
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, SaaS platforms, integration approaches, and vendor management best practices. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. Experience with ITSM, intake / ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and software asset management tools.
Performance Based Competencies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Work Environment And Physical Demands

HIRING RANGE :
$180,252.50 - $243,340.87
