Schedule Details :
Nights, 8 and 12 hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse and complex patient population that includes :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesHemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramA high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow casesAs part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.
Your Responsibilities :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Education and Experience :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills and Abilities :
Holistic patient care and the ability to see clinical situations from a patient and family perspective.Effective communication, organization, and time management skills.Team collaboration and leadership abilities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
