Bilingual Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers who are 30-120+ days delinquent, setting up repayment arrangements

Utilize skip tracing methods to locate delinquent customers and prepare correspondence via email and text

Create clear account notes and support the company's core principles while meeting collection goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Fluent in English and Spanish

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of collections experience preferred

Must be available between 8am-8pm CST, including two late nights and up to two Saturdays per month

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; experience with CRM programs is a plus

Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills required
