Primary Care And RHC Clinic Coordinator
The Primary Care and Rural Health Coordinator position is intended to supplement the East Clinic Manager position, since there are many more direct reports under that position. The Primary Care and Rural Health Coordinator is over the front office staff of the Rural Health Clinics.
Manage Front Office Staff
- Work Schedules for front office staff
- Ensure proper training of front office staff
- Sit in on Interviews for RHC clinics
- Being the encouragement and moral support for staff
- Train front office staff on new processes and make sure they stay compliant with RHC regulations (Good Faith Estimate, etc.)
- Assist with Chart Audits as needed
- Payroll for all staff for the clinics listed
- Provider timesheets
- Educate on RHC regulations and expectations
- Perform quarterly RHC audits, required by the Compliance Team
- Staff evaluations and yearly education
- Inserting Provider blocks in the EMR system that have been approved by the Director
