Sr. Manager Process Improvement Project Management
BJC Health is looking for a Sr. Manager Process Improvement Project Management. The role will be working with the BJC Medical Group working with project sponsors and staff to improve performance metrics. This is an on-site position, candidate must be located in the greater St. Louis area.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose : Manages managers and senior level project managers and continuous improvement resources. Responsible for working with BJC executive leadership, key strategic imperative leaders, high impact initiative leaders, operational leaders and transformation-focused project leaders and teams to prioritize key objectives and to scope and define engagements. Also responsible for developing and deploying strategic direction regarding business models and service offerings in response to BJC senior leadership and organizational requirements for project, program, portfolio and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and / or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Manages managers and individual(s) including but not limited to : hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet / support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Works with senior executives to identify, define and prioritize strategies, business, operations and process concerns impeding key business goals.
Develops and deploys strategic direction regarding business models and service offerings related to project, program, portfolio and continuous improvement efforts.
Continually analyzes developments in fields related to transformation competencies and determine fit and feasibility within the BJC culture. Identifies appropriate engagement strategies for improving the overall competencies across BJC.
Minimum Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree - Business / Engineering / related
Experience : 10+ years
Supervisor Experience : 5-10 years

Education : Master's Degree - Business / Engineering / related
Supervisor Experience : 10+ years
