A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims for the closing shift, primarily handling phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and analyze systems for effective resolution
Respond to incoming calls from providers regarding claims inquiries and document all interactions
Research claims tracers, adjustments, and manage defect reduction by identifying claims error issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role in claims or customer service settings
Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
Strong research and data analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
Customer service experience is essential
