Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and payer / provider operations

Map and optimize processes, defining future-state solutions for workflows such as claims processing and provider data management

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders for effective project execution

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting

Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare operations and healthcare data systems

Experience with EHR / EMR, claims processing, and data integration projects

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Familiarity with CMS frameworks, HIPAA, and healthcare interoperability standards
