Role And Responsibility :
Ensuring the successful market and portfolio development of our client, as well as the intensification of lasting, profitable business relationships with defined decision-makers in the clinics, pharmacies, and doctors within the responsible region.
Responsibilities :
- Identification, new acquisition, support, consultation, and management of hospital purchasing groups, pharmacies, and doctors.
- Intensive care and development of key, existing, and new customers.
- Conducting sales talks is part of your daily tasks. Through the digital change, all customer-oriented communication channels are used (Skype, Zoom, Teams).
- Targeted marketing and placement of the product portfolio as well as new product introductions of our client.
- Revenue, sales, and contribution margin optimization through targeted customer analyses and resulting contracts and price offers for relevant clinic preparations of our client.
- Building and maintaining well-founded network structures and close relationship management.
- Initiation and organization of continuing education events and projects for the relevant specialist groups, also digitally.
- Participation in trade fairs and congresses (e.g., ADKA).
- Targeting and target group analysis as well as customer management and control.
- Implementation of creative and targeted sales and marketing strategies.
- Territory management as well as efficient and effective tour planning including preparation and follow-up of visits in CRM systems.
- Close cooperation and continuous exchange within cross-functional teams.
