Exhibit Designer for Tradeshows & Events

Tradeshow Exhibit Designer Role :

As a vital member of MSM's creative team, you will :

Work on trade show booth and exhibit design from initial concept through detailed execution.

Utilize 3D modeling and spatial design tools (such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, 3ds Max, SketchUp ) to optimize layout, sightlines, attendee flow, and visual storytelling.

Collaborate with fabrication, sales, and project management to deliver exhibits that are both aesthetically striking and logistically feasible.

Ensure final designs comply with event and venue requirements, as well as health, safety, and brand standards.

Required Skills and Experience (Exhibit Design) :

Bachelor's degree in Exhibit / Interior Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in agency, exhibit / tradeshow, or production-facing environments preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative, production-ready workexhibit / tradeshow design work is highly valued.

Expert proficiency with CAD / 3D tools (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, 3ds Max, SketchUp); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Excellent artistic, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary range for these positions is purposefully broad. The initial compensation offered may be outside of this range and will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, and education. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in terms of role development and compensation.

Compensation Range : $65,000 - $79,000

Location : Rochester, NY (In-Office)
